SHIPPING:

Australia & New Zealand:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for production as Susi has a full-time job as a Stylist and Thing products are mostly made-to-order in small batches. We appreciate your patience and thank you again for supporting slow fashion.

Thing offers free standard shipping with tracking for Australia and New Zealand on orders over $100.00 AUD. 

Orders under $100.00 AUD will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 AUD for standard shipping costs or $15.00 AUD for express shipping.

International:

$20.00 AUD flat rate standard shipping with tracking is available for orders outside of Australia. Please allow 3 weeks to receive your item. We appreciate your patience as delays are out of our control once we have posted the item.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, stock availability, customs delays or natural disasters. 

RETURNS:

Due to the time-consuming nature of creating hand-made pieces, sourcing rare materials and being an independent brand, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are accepted. 

Please measure the length of the piece before making your order. Sterling Silver extension chains are able to be added to any piece to add length, for an additional cost.

In the unlikely event your item is damaged or defected, please get in touch within two days of receiving your item to arrange repair. All items are thoroughly checked and tested prior to being sold. 

Return postage and handling costs are at the expense of the customer if repairs are requested.
